When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1– 72 hours . Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at support@yuter.com with your order number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Yuter account and view your order status under “My Orders.”
What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
We’re sorry about that! Please email us at support@yuter.com with your order number, a photo of what you received, and we’ll resolve it quickly—either a replacement or refund.
Shipping
I made a mistake in my shipping address—what can I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately with the correct address. Once it’s shipped, we unfortunately can’t reroute it, and you may need to place a new order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the USA only. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon—stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary based on location and service selected at checkout. Standard shipping within Canada or the U.S. is typically affordable and calculated automatically during checkout.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us. We’ll assist with tracking and, if necessary, issue a replacement or help you file a claim with the carrier.

We’re sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Do you offer refunds for shipping costs?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
What if I ordered the wrong size or style?
We cannot accept returns for size or style mistakes due to the personal nature of body jewelry. Please double-check sizing before checkout or contact us for help choosing the right item.
